Welcome to NOT@MRP! By booking tickets for events listed on NOT@MRP, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Platform Services:

   NOT@MRP provides a digital platform to facilitate ticket sales for events. While we connect users with event organizers, both NOT@MRP and event hosts work together to ensure a smooth ticketing experience.

2. Event Management:

   Event details, including venue, pricing, and schedule, are managed in collaboration between NOT@MRP and the event organizers. NOT@MRP ensures proper listing and visibility, while event hosts ensure event execution.

3. Payments and Transactions:

   All payments for tickets are securely processed through designated payment gateways. NOT@MRP works with event organizers to ensure smooth transactions, but any payment-related concerns should be reported to both NOT@MRP and the respective event host.

4. Non-Refundable Tickets:

   All tickets sold on NOT@MRP are strictly non-refundable. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances, including personal reasons, no-shows, or changes in event schedule.

5. Taxes and Compliance:

   All applicable taxes, including GST or other government-imposed taxes, are handled transparently. Both NOT@MRP and event organizers ensure compliance with tax regulations.

6. Event Modifications:

   Changes to event details (venue, date, time) may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. NOT@MRP will update users about such changes as soon as possible, but refunds will not be issued due to such changes.

7. Ticket Validity and Entry:

   Users must ensure they have valid tickets for entry. If denied entry due to failure to follow event guidelines, NOT@MRP is not responsible, and no refunds will be provided.

8. Disputes and Support:

   If any disputes arise regarding ticket purchases or event access, users can reach out to NOT@MRP’s customer support. While we will assist in resolving issues, refunds will not be issued.

9. User Conduct:

   Users attending events must follow event rules and maintain appropriate behavior. NOT@MRP and event hosts reserve the right to take action in case of disruptions, including removal from the event without a refund.

10. Modification of Terms:

    NOT@MRP may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Any updates will be communicated clearly on the platform.

11. Governing Law:

    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
