Delivery partner terms and conditions
By registering as a NOT@MRP delivery partner, you agree to deliver orders in a timely and professional manner, handle cash-on-delivery collections responsibly, and comply with applicable local regulations while performing deliveries.
Payments
Delivery pay is calculated per order based on distance travelled, plus any applicable peak hour and milestone bonuses published in the app. Rates may change with notice.
Cash handling
Cash collected on behalf of NOT@MRP for cash-on-delivery orders must be deposited according to the process described in the app, or collected digitally through the in-app UPI option where available.
Verification
All delivery partners must complete document verification and identity confirmation before becoming eligible to accept orders.
