• Shipping of items currently happens only for LocalMart orders placed through the NOT@MRP platform.
• All deliveries are handled directly by the respective stores from which you place your order ("Store Partners").
• NOT@MRP is not responsible for the shipping, delivery quality, timeliness, or any damage caused during transit by Store Partners.

2. No Centralized Shipping by NOT@MRP (Currently)

NOT@MRP does not currently operate its own shipping or delivery system. The responsibility for order dispatch, delivery time, and service lies entirely with the Store Partner from whom you ordered.

Any complaints or issues related to shipping must be addressed directly with the delivering store.
