Cancellation and Refund Policy:

This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") sets forth the terms and conditions under which NOT@MRP INNOVATION PRIVATE LIMITED ("NOT@MRP", "we", "our" or "us") will process cancellation and refund requests made by users ("you", "your" or "Customer") across all services including but not limited to In-store Purchases, Event Bookings, and LocalMart Orders.

1. Cancellation by Customer

1.1. Non-Refundable Scenarios:

  • Incorrect or invalid contact information provided at the time of order.
  • Unavailability or unresponsiveness of the customer during delivery.
  • Order instructions not being followed as intended, unless explicitly agreed upon.

1.2. Refundable Scenarios:

  • If the cancellation is initiated within a reasonable time and the Store/Event Organizer permits the same.
  • If the cancellation is due to failure on NOT@MRP’s end, as outlined in Section 2.

2. Cancellation by NOT@MRP or Partner Store/Event

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Technical errors
  • Non-availability of items/services
  • Operational issues
  • Any other reason beyond our control

In such cases:

  • No cancellation fee will be charged to you.
  • If payment has already been made, a full or partial refund (as applicable) will be processed by NOT@MRP.

3. Refund Processing

  • If the issue is from NOT@MRP’s end: Refunds will be initiated by us within 3 working days of receiving the complaint.
  • If the issue is from the Store/Event Partner’s end: Refunds will be processed by them after verification and approval.
  • If the issue is due to Payment Gateway failure: All services may be temporarily deactivated, and the refund will be subject to the gateway’s resolution timelines.

All refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

4. Verification & Proof Requirement

  • Refunds or replacements will not be processed without the consent of the relevant Store/Restaurant Partner or Event Organizer.
  • Customers must provide appropriate proof or evidence (e.g., order details, photos, receipts) to support their refund claim.
  • In the absence of proof, the request will be considered invalid.
